Rebecca, you are spot on, absolutely correct. I'm so outraged. My father was a narcissist. The withholding any help for me. Sickening he was a cop. A liar. A cheat, adulterer. Mom suffered the worst. She died at just 65 years of age. She's a Saint. Not recognized by the Catholic church. I and of course my brothers miss her. As a final fucking dad never made a last will and testament. Four years to settle his estate!

Most people thinks about “ how can we share 50-50 TOGETHER to make the life work and protect each other and our family! They can also actually say it straight out” oh, but I cannot USE you, or you’re of no USE for me! And “ I can’t control you!” Hello??? Is that something that happens when they’ve met resistance from you, and limits and heard you say no, back off! Then their mask falls off, right? And they forget to lie for a minute?? Yes, it is, but I've been studying up on Narcissistic Personality Disorder with all these youTube videos about NPD. I was really quite thrilled when circumstances set us up for his mask to slip & He Could Not cover up the hateful vengeance glaring out of his eyes.😂

Never in my life did I think I would meet a narcissist at my age. I've always prided myself in having good instinct and gut feeling about people. Until I met a narcissist who I thought was a friend. When I finally realized something was wrong I did a lot of research on narcissistic people and bang there she was standing right in front of me. I couldn't believe I had been fooled for that long. To be honest it hurt my heart because I did think of her and love her as a friend.. our lives are far too short to deal with people like this. You must walk away from them but before you do please let them know you know. ❤

I had the same experience but I'm not sure letting them know you know is always the best plan. Mine became extremely aggressive in a covert manner and smeared me. It was a mistake. She's very practised at manipulation.
