someone i know, prefer not to give clues as to who, said that ms. holt refuse to do any affectionate scene with mr. Davis, because of strong racial reasonings. nothing wrong with it, just that long as the actors that play Marcel is 🙎; we will not see more of Rebecca on the show. She doesn't want this to be known, but it is a strong belief and should be respected.

The Originals in whole isn't highly sexual. In fact the only couple that was given a close sex scene was Hayley and Elijah. Klaus and Cami made out on the bed with their clothes on, Kol and Davina they only showed them making out when she was in her underwear. Even Hayley and Elijah didn't get that much further than the others, its just not overly sexualised like TVD was at times because it has a much more serious and dark theme.
