The Piep Kick? It isn’t a normal 808 or 909 distorted Kick. I think they could adjust the high distortion in a Pump Kick, and compressed it, with a lot of Reverb and high frequencies, and the Bass maybe passed with some distortion process, typical technique in Rawstyle
