One day God was showing me the very age I got saved and stepped into my position as an elect of God, and I asked Him "Is it true?" and right then about 1 minute and 30 seconds in, he sings "Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes it's true"!!! I have been battling serious mental illness for some years now and was doubting that it could even be true, but just because I have this thorn in my side, perhaps to humble me, that doesn't mean God didn't save me. It was when I was three years old. The Word of God says even a young child can understand the Gospel. It's so simple. Jesus Christ is Lord and God, and He died on the Cross to make the way to Heaven if we just believe in our heart. Even a young child can understand this. He said oh yes exactly three times and followed with "it's true". How amazing is that?!

One day my sister was driving and listening to this song.. I had just seen a sign that told me what age I was born again.. I had been asking God to reveal it.. it said 3AM and I asked Him if that meant age 3.. then I saw another sign.. I paused.. thought about it.. then I asked Him.. "is it true?" And the song sang right then "Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes it's true!!" !!! I was baptized after that when I was 4. I believe Jesus used this song to confirm to me when I was born again. This means I became a believer in Jesus Christ at age 3 and was saved by faith in Him.

Legality issue. Matt left the band in 08 and he sang and wrote this song but wanted ownership. Rebelution gave him the song rights and removed it from their album on streaming services
