9:07 there might be a active parallax algorithm in the aim down sites while changing looking direction... its more noticeable when flash banged and the reduced movement proficiency reduction perk is equipped. its a complex graphing calculus equation that varies biased on look input speed/acceleration and surrounding variables including flinch hit location and type of projectile distance from initial shot ect. also practical effects and calculated wind movement speed... its to much for anything less then a AMD FX9000... compatible system to process in real time.
