These are the long lost 'Trias Effect' ReBoot clips, one of the rarest ReBoot related media ever. It aired only once on television. I was stunned at the fact that it had never been uploaded on KZbin before, so I'm uploading it with the hopes that more ReBoot fans lay eyes on it. It may not be presented in the best quality, but it's better than nothing. Keep in mind, clip #3 is missing from the video and is considered lost.

The episode ''The Medusa Bug'' featured an alternate ending when it first aired. In Canada, YTV showed the main ending with the incoming game cube, while in the United States, ABC used the secondary ending, which had the park turn to stone again, ending the episode on a cliffhanger.
The story behind this is as follows: due to production delays between ''The Medusa Bug'' and the following episode, ''The TIFF'', a series of short clips were shown instead, to keep the American audience engaged and wanting to see more of ReBoot. These short clips acted as a sequel to the ABC ending of ''The Medusa Bug'', instead of being shown in the form of an episode.
The clips were shown throughout the next six weeks (October 15 to November 19, 1994), following ''The Medusa Bug'', instead of reruns of episodes (reruns were shown in Canada instead). The clips aired in between other shows on ABC and collectively extended the story of the Medusa Bug. This storyline is known as ''The Trias Effect''. There were five clips in total, with the final one playing just prior to the airing of the fifth ReBoot episode (thus Bob's words: ''You can start the main title now'' at the end of the fifth clip).
The video starts with the ABC ending of ''The Medusa Bug'', and then follows with the clips (unfortunately, clip #3 is missing from the video. Also, the beginning of clip #2 is cut off. The missing part says: ''With Megabyte infecting Mainframe...'').
Here is a transcript of the missing clip #3:
The clip starts with the traditional commercial bumper, however the ReBoot logo is stone colored, and we hear ominous background music. We then see Bob flying over Mainframe.
Bob: ''The Medusa virus has turned the entire city of Mainframe to stone, and if I don't act soon, the effect will be irreversible!" Suddenly, a beeping noise is head.
Bob: ''Glitch, VidWindow!" A VidWindow appears to show Phong in the Principal Office. The noise of the Medusa virus can be heard approaching from behind.
Bob: ''Phong! You're all right!"
Phong: ''Not for long, young sprite. The virus is downloading my door as we speak!"
Bob: ''I'll be right over!"
Phong: ''No time! Besides, I need you to search and find the Trias Effect.''
Bob: ''Trias Effect?''
Phong: ''Yes, only that can stop...'' Suddenly, the background and Phong himself turn to stone.
Bob: ''Phong!"
Bob looks towards the camera. ''Oh no, now what am I going to do?!''
The words ''To Be Continued...'' appear on the bottom of the screen.
