When I was ordering mine, I was very confused with all the name brands on Amazon, I got an icradle too but then when I looked the details of the doll , it said icradle is the brand but the model name is NPKH so I don't know, there are so. so,so many different company names out there but whatever I'm still gonna love mine too!!!! I’m so glad the replicas are getting their due. It’s a great way to be a member of the doll community (which I think is an awesome one, for the most part) without using your rent money hahaha. I never understood how people could spend so much on a baby and take the chance of not loving it when it arrived. If I order a baby for less than 100 (most around 50), if I don’t like/bond with it, I can give it to a child and make them happy. I’m nesting for my Eric sculpt (I blame Seena, Just kidding). They have really done a great job w this kit!! I’m ordering me a 2nd one on fri!! I have a painted hair one so making the big jump and getting me a rooted one w blonde hair, then I wanna get me the AA Rooted one I think she’s absolutely gorgeous! I’m wanting one of every kind they’ve put out lol I took stuffing out and going to weigh him but I’m so in love w mine as well I was worried about the lips too but figured for the price I’d risk it because I’ve seen so many of the replicas and can’t get over how well they are done and the lips on mine were fine too. Thank you for saying this. It has gotten so unreasonable. I'm about ready to go back and start doing my own dolls again because seriously why are you charging so much. My only problem is my wrists just can't take rooting. I do have some authentic dolls and there is one I still want that I will get from an artist. I really want to find an artist I love because I have a kit I never made but I need to find someone I absolutely trust with her. We shall see with that. People need to remember the history of reborns when they start charging people that much.

I have him as well, but made him a girl. got her weighed with glass beads, removed a lot of the overstuffing and voila. i am truly believing that replicas are the way to go. If you order another one will you get the one with the blonde hair? Why do you like the pellets better than the glass beads, cost only? I have spent a lot of money on glass beads, but do the pellets make the doll feel like a real baby? thanks.
