You can buy an air dry varnish like Ak-183 varnish and varnish the dolls every once in a while to help protect the paint. It’s decently easy, just paint a layer on a non-latex cosmetic sponge and pounce it on the vinyl in a thin layer. Let it dry for a few hours before re-dressing the dolls. Do it once you notice shiny spots as that is a tell that the sealing and varnish layers are wearing down. AK-187 is safe on heat set and air dry paint.
