Some would become Muslim, if they want to be part of a religion that is preserved and not a compilation. Some would become Muslim, if they realized Islam has guidance for all places, times, and subjects. Some would become Muslim, if they realized that nothing essential is prohibited. Some would become Muslim, if they realized just how Islam was never designed to be limited to Arabs in a hot desert. Some would become Muslim, if they realized Islam shares the same good and truth had in other life paths.

After the death of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his holy progeny), Muslims had two options for seeking guidance from; the ahlulbayt (family) of the holy Prophet. Others. Ahlulbayt are those family members of the holy Prophet who grew up in his blessed lap. Islam, Qur'an and the Shari'ah was revealed in their house. The angels descended with the blessings and mercy of Allah into their house. Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their Prophet but also his holy progeny in their daily prayers/namaz/salat. The holy Prophet left behind him the Book of Allah, the holy Qur'an and his holy progeny. They are the best examples and role models after the holy Prophet. The ahlulbayt are the inheritors of the holy Prophet's knowledge, wisdom and characteristics. Who can understand Islam, Qur'an, Shari'ah, the sunnah of the holy Prophet and so on better than the people of the house? This is why the Shi'as seek guidance from the holy ahlulbayt after the holy Prophet and none else. As regards to the others, we are not sure of the state of their iman, their source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance about Islam. In their daily prayers/namaz, Muslims ask Allah at least ten times a day, "O Allah, guide us to the straight path. The path of those upon whom You have showered Your blessings and mercy; not of those upon whom You sent Your wrath and gone astray" The question is, how am I supposed to know who are the ones upon whom Allah has showered His mercy and blessings? Interestingly, I found the answer in the same namaz. We send blessings upon not only the holy Prophet but also his holy progeny. This proves that after the holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp), his holy progeny is the best source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance for the Muslims. Anyone who rebels against them, oppressed them, waged wars against them and spilled their blood are the ones upon whom is Allah's wrath and gone astray. Please study the following statements very carefully and ponder over the points discussed. The daughter of Abu Bakr, the wife of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his immaculate progeny), the mother of the believers, Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her??) waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son-in-law of the holy Prophet, a member of the ahlulbayt and the Rightful caliph of her time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Many were killed and many were injured in this battle. The name of this battle is the "Battle of Jamal" The holy Prophet had warned his wives against this battle. The son of Abu Sufyan and Hind, the father of Yazeed, Mu'awiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him??) waged a war against the sahabi, cousin and the son-in-law of the holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp), a member of the ahlulbayt and the Rightful caliph of his time, hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). A highly respectable sahabi of the holy Prophet, Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred by Mu'awiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him??) in this battle. The holy Prophet had informed Ammar that he would be killed by a gang of traitors. The name of this battle is the "Battle of Siffeen" As a free thinking Muslim, I am sure it is my right to analyze such episodes and search for some concrete explanation, for instance:- 1. How on earth can Allah be ever pleased with the oppressed and the oppressors at the same time? What kind of religion is this? If this is not a mockery of religion then what else is it? 2. Can a sahabi of the holy Prophet be a warmonger, an evil monger, a tyrant and a bloodthirsty? 3. Can a warmonger, an oppressor, an unjust and a bloodthirsty be a sahabi of the holy Prophet? 4. What is the definition of a sahabi? 5. If you were present at the time, whose side would you have taken and on what grounds? 6. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyyah and their followers accept hazrat Ali as the Rightful caliph of their time or what? 7. What is the punishment for someone who rebels against the caliph of their time? 8. Who are the martyrs and who are the traitors in these two battles? 9. Did Ayesha, Mu'awiyyah and their followers pray namaz? In their namaz, did they send blessings upon their holy Prophet and his holy progeny? What kind of beings were they who sent blessings upon their Prophet and his holy progeny and at the same time waged wars against them, oppressed them and spilled their blood? 10. What would you say about someone who oppresses, terrorises and sheds the blood of your own Prophet's flesh and blood? 11. What kind of examples and role models were such beings for the Muslim ummah? 12. What kind of role model is Ayesha for the Muslim women? 13. We are told not to speak against the wives and the sahabas of the holy Prophet regardless of their injustice, warmongering, oppression and bloodshed. The SON of Prophet Nuh (a s) could not escape from the wrath of Allah. Allah punished the WIVES of Prophets Nuh and Lut (peace be upon them) because of their evil deeds and corruption. Allah has cursed Abu Lahab the UNCLE of the holy Prophet by his name in the holy Qur'an. What makes Muslims think that the wives and the sahabas of the holy Prophet can get away with injustice, warmongering, oppression and bloodshed? 14. We are told that the wives of the holy Prophet are included in the ahlulbayt mentioned in the Sura Ahzab verse 33. This can never be possible, because:- a. The relationship between the holy Prophet and his wives is through marriage which can be nullified by divorce. b. None of the wives of the holy Prophet claimed to be amongst the ahlulbayt mentioned in surah Ahzab verse 33. c. How can someone drenched in the blood of the holy Prophet's own family member be also a part of his ahlulbayt? 14. How can warmongers, oppressors, unjust and the bloodthirsty be a source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance for the Muslims? 15. What kind of guidance can be expected of beings drenched in innocent blood? 16. Muslims claim to love their Prophet and his ahlulbayt and at the same time they love, associate, respect, revere and take their sworn enemies as their leaders, guide, masters and source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance. Muslims need to look deep into their mind and heart and ask themselves where does their loyalty lie. Study the school of the ahlulbayt with an open mind, academically with free of bias. Learn the biographies of personalities like the holy Prophet Muhammad, his beloved daughter Fatima, her husband Ali and their sons Hasan and Husain (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all). Do not be a victim of prejudice, brainwashing, ignorance and misconceptions when it comes to the school of the ahlulbayt. Please carry out your own independent and unbiased research on the following events. Salam, this mentality is extremely wrong. Imam Ali AS himself says that there are two categories which a human can fall under to you. Either your equal in humanity or your brother in Islam. Us muslims need to understand that Allah is the judge. Not you or me or anyone else and the most important thing to do is to focus on yourself rather than focus on others.
