I cry when i hear the beginning of this for the first 4 minutes...ive been working out every day and have been on my diet and changing myself from the inside out...ive been homeless, best friends passed away, i was alone with no one, and today i grind harder than i ever have. Im becoming a monster and I deserve this!

I was also homeless less than 2 years ago and it’s been one hell of a grind. Good for you!!! No one else is going to do it for us. It all comes down to one person doesn’t it

I Totally Understand you! I've been through so much in life I don't even have words to describe. One day, I decided to go to the gym and become someone else in order to change everything. I had to become a monster that nobody recognizes. Now, I'm healthy, happy, and able to focus better. My mentality and mindset have changed, and most of all, I've learned how to say NO! All thanks to motivational speakers.

I proud of you my man. I am in the same journey, i just stated last year November, i stoped drinking, i stopped fooling around with girls and i doubled on the hustle. Now my biggest challenge is to stay consistent. Any advice on that broh?

I was 400 lbs and in a power chair my doctor told me if I did not change I would not live to see another 6 months, Today I I am walking, pushing myself in the gym and everyday life, and now working on nutrition every day is worth living and now I have something worth fighting for. I stay hungry to live for myself and set an example for others. we do not need to hear swear words or cursing in motivational talks.

You have a lot more than you think. I too was battling with those thoughts while I was away up North in camp with no one to understand. I spent months on the treadmill listening to this and other videos. Everyday keep moving forward towards your goals and BE THE MOTIVATION!!!! It will change. Every single day keep pushing forward to where you want to be. Eventually all of the problems and crap will fall behind you and you will come out stronger than you ever have felt

When things don't work out, it creates an emptiness in my heart that hurts because I know I'm where I'm at because of my choices

This resonates so hard. My mom lefts us when I was young, then I became a single mother at 17… my ex abused me, found my husband right before my mother died from addiction… then his father died shortly before my 2nd child was born, then I found out my dad wasn’t my dad a year ago. These things are me, but do NOT define me. These things have crafted me into a force. The only truth is me and my pain, whether that’s life or exercise. Push through, become better, never settle for anything!! ❤
