Roofs on the are lazer welded I believe? Everyone I’ve seen replaced got panel bonded on the sides and spot welded on the front and back. Good luck bro

I got you. The cross members are tack welded in. The roof is just panel bonded on. The gap between the cross arms and the bottom of the. Roof is foamed with foam sealent. I like to use handifoam. It’s the only company that makes it in a spray can. All the rest is a 2 part mix like panel bond. Make sure when you prep for panel bond take it all the way down to steel. And brush it on. Let me know if you need more help.

you use a urethane based glue and panelbond to do the sides and the front and rear is spot welded

And the roof is tac in spots and the rest is seam sealer it’s very simple to get out remove the strips and then drill the spots out and heat gun and push gently

☝️😉 The roof goes on top with the front of the roof facing the front, and the rear of the roof facing the rear. You sit below it, and the birds fly above it.... I hope that helps, lol 😝😆😂🤣

Its not sand its media that's mixed with water way different than just sand blasting it doesn't leave the car covered in sand that's why its called dustless
