Rebuilding a Ford capri 3.0 v6

That looks like the bodyshell for the Mk2 Capri, which I don't recall ever had the kent 3.0 engine fitted to the Mk 1. I had a 3.0 GXL "L" Reg. IIRC, the Mk2 Capri had a 2.8 litre Cologne engine, which could be tuned to a higher hp than the kent, primarily because the kent engine had interference fit main engine studs, and the cologne engine had screw in studs.

Hi mk1 mk2 mk3 Capri had Essex 3.0 v6 engines then later mk3 had 2.8 engines I no in other countries they had different engines in including v8s

Capris looking spot on dude it is a lot of work and a lot of time and money we piss and moan about it then one day it’s finally finished and we forgot all about that because it was so worth it it’s gonna be gorgeous I can’t wait to see it painted 👌👍 I thought your dog was dead until I heard it snoring ! it looks and sounds a bit like me 😂

Thanks for the comment it’s amazing now what you have to do to stop rust epoxy primer than polyester then high build primer is that y she’s your ex😂😂
