Those Honda hardware pieces are called well-nuts and they're super useful. From the fairings to the windscreen. They can be a little tricky too! lol Loving the white and gold, but still committed to the HRC Red White & Blue!

5:10 Education Time! The thing you said about the flexibility and durability of Chinese fairings is only because they don't use pa6+abs(cf5) composition, they use only abs, and not necessarily cf5. They are so dumb for that because they cost roughly the same. In the weapon industry we use pa 66 and pa6 a lot, it is a polymer basically. When I examined Kawasaki and Yamaha fairings I found pa6+abs(cf5) in a fairly balanced composition, which means highly flexible and durable. If only I had my own factory… I believe I could achieve OEM quality or even better. As for molds you can get them 3d scanned nowadays with error of 0.05mm unlike Chinese crappy ones. someday I'll take this project seriously and y'all would thank me for that😂

The bike is coming together nicely. I can't wait for the first ride. Also, that pesky Honda screw with the paint, next time try a bench brinder with a wire wheel, and then follow up with a buff. The screw comes out looking brand new. Those screws tend to rust with time, especially if your are close to the ocean (coast).

CJ bro instead of sanding the red paint off the bolt you should have used ACETONE to clean it up it would look a lot better instead not it looks scratched up and also still has a bit of red paint in it but other then that bro i alwasy watch your videos and i love what u do bro.... much love brother keep it up ))
