Hi, i'm not sure if you made the mistake, but i don't see the seal between the tank and the fuel pomp in the new gas tank. You've got a black one on the old tank, and in the video you put the fuel pomp without this one. I hope you don't forgot it. Great contents.😉

I don’t know if anyone else caught it, but it look like when you took the fuel pump assembly off the old tank there was a O’Rering left on the tank that seals the cover. When you put it on the new tank, you can see the embossed part where it goes and there wasn’t one. just concerned you might’ve missed it. I apologize if I mistaken. ❤ keep up the awesome continent.

Your doing great job and taking care of finer details. The fuel pump, we’re is the rubber seal as 2 metal surfaces won’t seal, the old had a rubber seal. Also normally you wash the tank out with fuel prior to installing it to get rid of protective coat, oil and metal shavings during manufacture.

Wipe off the exhaust with WD40 so when you crank it you won’t see handprints from the oil in your skin on it plus it’ll have a nice blue look too it once it’s up and running
