Is having a kink in the quarter panel the point in which it's better just to cut it off and replace it?

Not necessarily... When it starts bending the outer wheelhouse it usually warrants replacing. But if only the outer quarter panel is damaged it is repairable. Sometimes the owner has an aversion to filler and wants a new panel instead of repairing.

Does the voice audio always sound too quiet in these videos?

Stuart Killian all the voice audio is at 100% on my editing software. I will try bumping it up to 150% and see if that helps. It’s weird cause on my mobile device I have to turn the volume down but on my desktop I have to turn the volume all the way up. Thank you for the input. I will try to rectify this.
