Skin off of old door, 1/8 inch utility plywood board, 1/2" XPS, 1/8" utility plywood board, .90 " FRP, the Aluminum channel was 1" inside, got the plywood at Home, used Depot, used Loctite PL Premium Max Construction Adhesive, .
