Rebuilding the Hydraulic Lift of our Jinma Smartrac Tractor

In this video, I dig into the hydraulic lift of the 3 point hitch system of our Jinma smartrac 284 horsepower tractor. Im looking to see what is causing the slop and leakage of hydraulic fluid so that I can order seals and other parts to make the repair. I also do some redneck repair to the shifter boot. This tractor is a 2007 with the Chinese built y385 Diesel engine. I hope this helps someone.

Good video I have a farm pro 2420 which is the same company did you replace the seals on the ram that pushes up the lift since there are no books I have to figure out if I have to take the shifter out and go in through there or take the top off

Any info on the rear remotes? I have a similar tractor and can't get fluid to the rear remote to lift my plow and disc. I've screwed in the speed control valve and shut off the 3 point per directions from old forums, but I'm still not getting fluid to the rear quick connects / remotes.

If it has hydraulic steering and it works, that’ll rule out the pump or if it has hydraulic remotes on the rear then you can test with an attachment or if it has a FEL , operating it will too. Other wise if it’s full of fluid, it’s probably the lift cylinder, but I’m just a redneck.

Why is my new pump not pressurized so the 3 point will operate. Tried pressurized air in the tank to force it through

I wish I had an answer for that one. The pump on the side of the engine should prime itself and the whole system. Or at least that’s my thought.
