Bengal, my main gripe with your recruiting is you don't ever seem to get commitments in the first three weeks of the season. I think that is because you are too hyper focused on the top of the class and not focused enough on players who have interest in you. By focusing on only "star" players, you are missing out on "glue" guys that have better development traits and more abilities.

@@jlgjlg6969 I never specified three stars because Bengal also doesn't recruit low four stars until the middle of the season. Yes, you can get three stars at any point in the season. However, the three stars with great speed or great finesse moves or great blocking are going to commit by the halfway point of the season because they are being heavily recruited by 0 star teams who have no interest from 5 stars and very little interest from 4 stars. I think the best approach is to equally focus on the top 150 players in the nation and players that start with you in their top three. This is how you ensure a steady flow of commitments while still not missing out on too many of the great players. We do realize that while two star recruits are usually walk-ons at these juggernaut programs, the best of them do get recruited if they're local.
