Resep Kulit Krispi Saus Mentega (untuk 1-2 porsi)
Bahan:
350 gr kulit ayam
1 sdm garam
½ sdt merica
1 pcs telur
80 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
35 gr maizena
1 ½ sdt bubuk bawang putih
¾ sdt baking powder
Saus mentega:
2 siung bawang putih, iris
½ buah bawang bombai
6 buah cabai rawit, cincang (opsional)
1 sdm margarin / mentega
9 sdm Bango kecap manis
2 sdm kecap inggris
1 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm air
1 sdm gula
Langkah:
1. Rebus kulit ayam dengan air mendidih, kemudian masukkan garam dan merica. Rebus selama 3-5 menit.
2. Saring kulit ayam kemudian bilas dengan air mengalir
3. Masukkan minyak ke dalam pan
4. Pecahkan telur beri sedikit garam kemudian kocok
5. Untuk adonan kering, campurkan tepung terigu, maizena, bubuk bawang putih, baking powder, aduk rata
6. Masukkan kulit ayam ke dalam telur kemudian masukkan ke adonan kering
7. Goreng kulit ayam dengan api sedang-besar. Setelah ½ matang kecilkan api lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan dan tiriskan
8. Untuk saus mentega, tuang sedikit minyak lalu masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombai tumis hingga harum
9. Masukkan kecap inggris, saus tiram, dan Bango Kecap Manis, tumis kembali
10. Masukkan saus tomat dan air, aduk kembali
11. Masukkan kulit ayam yang sudah ditiriskan ke dalam saus mentega, aduk rata
12. Kulit ayam goreng mentega siap disajikan

Butter Soy Crispy Skin Recipe (yield: 1-2 servings)
Ingredients:
350 g chicken skin
1 tbsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 pc egg
80 g all-purpose flour
35 g cornstarch
1.5 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp baking powder
Butter Soy sauce:
2 clove garlic, sliced
½ pc onion
6 pc bird’s eye chili, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp margarine / butter
9 tbsp Bango sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
Steps:
1. Cook the chicken skin in boiling water. Add salt and pepper, and boil for 3-5 minutes.
2. Drain the skin and rinse under running water.
3. Heat some oil in the pan.
4. Meanwhile, whisk the egg with some salt.
5. For the dry coat, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
6. Add the chicken skin into the egg, then coat with the dry coat.
7. Fry the chicken skin on medium-high heat. After it’s half-cooked, lower the heat and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
8. For the Butter Soy sauce, add some oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
9. Add the Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and Bango sweet soy sauce. Let it cook.
10. Add the tomato sauce and water. Stir.
11. Add the drained chicken skin into the Butter Soy sauce. Stir.
12. Butter Soy Crispy Chicken Skin is ready to serve.
