Question to all teen wolf fans, why lore wise peter hale is the only alpha to ever have a full body lycanthrope transformation?

Because, according to lore, their lupin transformations are based on emotions (more-or-less). Since most of the Hale family was massacred via the fire, Peter was enraged beyond comprehension. And that fury manifested as a full lycanthrope. At least, that's my thoughts.

My interpretation of this is that because he was craving and wanting revenge and couldn't really control his wolf side. The anger and rage is also showed on the outside as a full body lycanthrope transformation. The anger that you have makes you a stronger werewolf. However, there is also another version to this: the Hale family is one of the most powerful werewolf families that can evolve into full werewolves when they die or have enough power to do so (it runs in the family). Peter's full transformation was mutated because it represents his mental state which wasn't very healthy in that period of time or it was because he killed a member of his family/pack (like Deucalion). This is my own opinion so it may not be correct but I hope this helps.
