Emmm. That might be just to big for the quest to handle. The quest normally takes 1-2 hours to complete (depending on your skill) so I wouldn't get my hopes up

Not console wise but rec room wise. My first console was a Xbox 360. I saw rec room in the App Store and first played the game on mobile, then I learned that it was on VR but I didn’t have one at the time, after a couple of months it launched on console, then on Christmas imma play it on VR
