It’s such a pity that VW has decided to let Ford do all the work such as designing and producing the new transporter. The VW managers talk about their Icon, but how is it possible that you treat one of your icons like this! Could you imagine that VW decided tot hand over the design and production of the Golf to one of their competitors? No VW, you have gambled that your clients would believe that your new Transporter is a real VW, but it’s just a Ford Transit with a different front end and steering wheel! As a very loyal VW customer I feel that you let me and for sure a lot of other VW customers (adepts), down. I have driven all the T7 predecessors but for sure I am not buying this Ford Transit clone! Thanks (not!) VW for squandering your iconic Transporter and alienating your loyal customers!😢

Fordswagen ;) The line of the rear windows immediately betrays the pedigree ;) On the one hand it's quite ok from the looks of it - on the other hand some such distaste ;) (not that I have anything against Fords because it is also ok ;) )

Really dont like the front! Looks stupid compared to T5/T6 ! For sure VW will launch a facelift very soon.

It is based on Ford Transit, so they will update it when Ford updates their van 🙂
