Oh girl, I feel you. I’ve had a tough year too-my dad passed away last December 30th, and it’s been really hard dealing with that loss while also facing work challenges. There are days when it all feels so overwhelming, like it’s just too much. I’m struggling to shift into a more positive mindset, but I’m determined to find my way. Honestly, it’s probably why I haven’t been on top of my uploads on KZbin or social media in general. But I believe in focusing on the good, because the more we dwell on negativity, the more it lingers in our energy. Here’s to brighter days ahead!

I was so emotional watching this video especially when you were talking about losing your best friend as I lost my best friend on February 3rd of this year as well and it has been so hard. This grieving process has been up and down for me as well as I'm sure it has been for you. I made a memory wall & table with my best friends photos and every night I sit in front of the table and cry wishing I could just pick up the phone and call him. I feel keeping his memory alive helps me with the grieving process. I'm a big music person and that's something my best friend and I did the most when we use to hang out we would always listen to music. When I'm having a hard day some of his favorite songs always come on and I take that as a sign that he is telling me he is right there with me. If you aren't already doing this try journaling and writing letters to your best friend. I recently started doing this and it helps me get everything out on how I'm feeling although they may not physically be here to read the letter I know they know how are hearts are missing them so much. I truly hope you are able to navigate through the grieving process and let your emotions flow when they come its ok not to be strong all the time. The holidays and birthdays hurt the most and now that my best friend's death day is coming soon my emotions have been all over the place but I'm just being gentle with myself and telling God thank you for allowing my best friend to be in my life for 14yrs.. 14yrs I will always cherish the most. I'm praying that God comforts you during your saddest times Carmen and anyone else that's grieving the loss of anyone they love dearly I pray God comforts you all as well. You are doing great momma keep pushing and being present in those beautiful babies lives 💜
