Interesting, but I would prefer setting a target price and a condition either greater than or less than and trigger a SMS when the condition is met instead of being receiving alerts at regular intervals.

In google sheet the stock code can be typed in a cell & that cell location can be given in formula. When there are many stocks you can have stock codes in say column "A" & Formula can be copied down in column "B" just like in Excel & it will show price. another thing : it is better to type "NSE:BPCL" instead of "BPCL". It will prevent error if SAME code exists in some other exchange for some other company !!!
