She was in the old training structure and not new training structure. New structure was introduced on 3rd February 2021 but she cleared CS professional in February 2020

12-15 months range was for students who would start after clearing CS professional while 24 months range was for students who would start after clearing CS executive. But now, everyone has to undergo articleship for 21 months, irrespective of clearing CS executive or professional. Hope this helps :)
