Hello my good friend. Join the club I had covid about three times, luckily all I ever had was a high fever you're right it is a miserable feeling. I hope you feel better real soon, get lots of rest that helps alot with covid. I hope I see you tomorrow if not I hope I see you next Saturday, which show asked you on?, if you're able to be on that show I'd like to watch it. Fantastic books everyone of them. That era of Brave & The Bold was great. Speaking of Joe Simon his grandson has or had a KZbin channel. Congrats on completing three runs.

Get well Shannon! Excellent haul, as usual. I’m a big fan of Rude’s Marvel work. I’ve heard he burnt some bridges with former management/editors due to missed deadlines and such but I would love to see his take on Doctor Strange.

The Spider-Man: Lifeline mini-series was a nice throwback to the early John Romita sr. run on Amazing Spider-Man, just after he replaced Steve Ditko. Steve Rude is so good. Here he channels Romita, when he drew Captain America and Mister Miracle, he was the perfect ersatz Kirby, and when he drew Magnus Robot Fighter he was the perfect guy to hit the Russ Manning vibe. Yet, Rude's own style stays the same. He doesn't try to ape the original artists, he is just so good that he can evoke them with his own perfect and clean style. Sorry to hear about yourhealth issues Shannon. You obviously know the drill: plenty of fluids and lots of rest. And don't forget to rest! I hope you feel better soon! Take care!
