Q#18 maam.... answer is A? and not C? rationale maam please coz for me, its not meantioned that the patient has already an peripheral IV line, or did not even mentioned that the patient is bleeding thats why we will give blood volume expander..... for me my answer is C...elevate the legs of the patient, that is solely a true and appropriate nursing action, without health care providers order or instruction, elevate the legs to manage hypotension, to facilitate the return of blood volume back to upper extremities, except I did not mind the last word to improve circulation, clearly the question is not about circulation but still option C is by far the most appropriate action by a nurse without a doctors order, the question did not mention about bleeding or if the patient has already have an IV line. please enligthen me with you rationale maam thanks

i think base of the presenting vitals there is impending bleeding considering also that its a vehicular accident.

@louuriza1469 it passed also to my mind....maybe, being a nurse during exams be like they want us to be mind reader or fortune teller...sometime they give us situations that ask us to diagnos a patient....sometime they make us doctors to give prescription to the patient which in real life not happening....we always rely to the doctors prescription....and mostly they make us fortune teller and let us guess the patients condition.....well im just kidding anyways....😁😁😁
