the patient have ineffective airway clearance as a result of increase secretion , from the options, the best thing to do is to give fluid to loosen the secretion , administrating oxygen will not help to loosen the secretion , positioning will not help to thin the secretion giving prescribes pain medication will not loosen the secretion , so the correct answer is C encourage fluid /increase patient fluid intake i hope i answer your question . thank for watching.
