Guys, it's a humble request from my end please do not purchase any dietary supplements (especially protein supplements) without consulting a doctor. For making easy money they don't care about the health of their viewers. It's very harmful and dangerous if ppl listen to these irresponsible and fake influencers and start consuming products which are harmful. Like few products can't be consumed by pregnant women or lactating mothers or ppl below certain age. Just imagine a pregnant woman or a lactating mother or an underage kid consuming these products it's not only dangerous for the mother but also the unborn/new born child or underage kids. It might contain non veg like fish or beef in it which is not consumed by majority of Indians. Imagine Brahmins or non vegetarians consuming such products. It might contain products like soya or other ingredients which ppl might be allergic to. So, these people blindly promote products that might harm or put people's life in danger. We all know in India ppl don't check the ingredients or check if it's vegan/non veg/ veg product. Ppl just blindly follow these fake and irresponsible influencers which is very dangerous. Guys, it's a humble request from my end please do not purchase any dietary supplements (especially protein supplements) without consulting a doctor. Especially, women as they may cause harmonal imbalance in women which leads to sever weight gain/loss, sever hair fall, excessive hair growth in private areas, irregular periods, PCOS, PCOD, thyroid etc... I'm sharing a link with you that exposes Saba, Shoaib n Deepika. It's very important to educate ppl that just by the face value of any influencer you can't buy products (especially the products that are consumed). These so called fake and irresponsible influencers don't even check the disclaimers listed on these products and also the ingredients of the products that might be harmful to certain group of people (example - pregnant women, lactating mothers, underage kids, not mentioning if it's vegan/non veg/veg product, people with sever health conditions like Hypertension, PSOD, PCOS, Heart condition, Thyroid, Clinical depression etc...) these influencers are so irresponsible. For making easy money they don't care about the health of their viewers. It's very harmful and dangerous if ppl listen to these irresponsible and fake influencers and start consuming products which are harmful. Like few products can't be consumed by pregnant women or lactating mothers or ppl below certain age. Just imagine a pregnant woman or a lactating mother or an underage kid consuming these products it's not only dangerous for the mother but also the unborn/new born child or underage kids. It might contain non veg like fish or beef in it which is not consumed by majority of Indians. Imagine Brahmins or non vegetarians consuming such products. It might contain products like soya or other ingredients which ppl might be allergic to. So, these people blindly promote products that might harm or put people's life in danger. We all know in India ppl don't check the ingredients or check if it's vegan/non veg/ veg product. Ppl just blindly follow these fake and irresponsible influencers which is very dangerous. @DKI You may think I troll you often but that's not it. I am a daughter of an Army Officer myself. I am a decently successful Neurologist in one of the best metros of India. My husband is from my a small town ( my father's place). He has moved to my city to be a part of my life as I am the eldest daughter. He's a successful critical care physician himself. So I to a certain extent know the dynamics at play. What pains me the most is that instead of bringing your husband to your level you have been reduced to his level. All is good until you have kids. Once you have kids would you want the kids to take after you and your lifestyle or your husband's? I have tried to inculcate those things in my husband so when I have kids, we are on the same page.
