How do you register, before login The portal don't let you login It asked you for account . That's why these people in here having hard time to do it online .

It's sad. No one wants to see you after your effort coming to the office and waiting so long. Sure, they have many appointments but they can still talk for a bit.🙄

Thank you I'm freaking out about what I need to do in a short amount of time 😢. My new address doesn't let me receive my mails so 120 , 90, 60 30 days never came through I only have a week to get all information together

Yes the system is cool but it’s dishonest about how easy it is to upload documents & silent about file size errors etc. Best of luck to everyone! And thank you to everyone on the housing department staff! From personal experience, I know many people working for housing really care about our community.
