The registration will also not cover the activities described in the work that are procedures, processes, or methods of operation, which are not subject to copyright protection.”

Missed the premiere tonight Cynthia! So glad you are both on the mend! Both recipes look good, I would season the burgers quite a bit. I noticed quite a few of the "older" recipes have very little seasonings added, how odd!

Sorry to have been late. I am wiped out. My husband has his spine surgery on Wednesday the 25th so it's been a hard haul. I am the chief nurse to a pretty incapacitated adult male. We are eating completely out of the pantry except for the protein supplements and Activa yogurt drinks the doctor recommended. I hope you both continue to feel better.

Progresso has a bunch of gluten-free soups. Even cream of mushroom. Also, I have found gluten-free worchestershire sauce. Wally world carries gluten-free oats in bags. Quick cooking and old-fashioned rolled oats. I have been stocking up on them. After you mentioned that oats were compromised with gluten. I started searching for gluten-free oats. I did a test and ate gluten for a couple of days to see my reaction because sometimes my allergy goes away. Nope, besides the sneezing and runny nose, every fiber of my being hurt. And my heart started racing. I had to lay down and sleep it off. Back off gluten, I went. I am now wondering if people who have fibromyalga are possibly allergic to gluten. Because I hurt everywhere. There is no need to test that again, ever.

Yes! that is how lots of folks find out about being allergic to gluten. They stop eating it and then go back... they get super sick! Thanks for all the tips! Great stuff

@The Biggs Homestead Kitchen I have been off gluten for years. Every 10 years, my allergies seem to change. I am approaching 60 in a few months. So changes will begin again. I was testing gluten to see, and the reaction was 10 times worse than before.

Am I the only one who has never been able to sub turkey/chicken for beef? I’ve tried a few times and I don’t even buy them anymore. I just wait until 80/20 ground beef is on sale.

We prefer beef. I had the turkey in the freezer so I thought I would give it a try.

Cynthis I didn't want to say anything during your live stream because of the topic so I am going to mention it now. Here in Texas we are currently undergoing another ice storm like we had 2 years ago only this one looks to be worst. Most of us already have .50" of ice and round 2 is coming overnight. I am fine here but I am not going out period not even to check the mail. I have plenty of everything I need to get thru this so I guess 50 years of prepping has paid off (again). Say a prayer not for me but for those less fortunate folks who have refused to open their eyes and get ready.
