Battle your own indifference. After you"ve achieved sth, you say, " I gotta relax." Not too long!! Indecision. Youve gotta take some decisions. Dont let indecision rob you of your bank account, empty your purse. The next is doubt. Dont let your doubts loose like a mad dog. Drive them into a corner. Dont doubt the future, the possibilities. Dont doubt yourself. Have faith. Don't sell yourself short.

I used to listen to this type of video everyday. But then I got sick, o got bedridden that knocked me down really hard. Then the symptoms of unhealed trauma started to resurface even more . The past two years have been hell to say the least. I gotta say I miss myself . I was taught I am worthless and that is rooted deeeeeep in my mind . Due to childhood trauma and believing I am worthless, I started being in deeep depression, and contemplated suicide many times . I am not positive person as I used to be because all the time I imagine things will go wrong but I am ready to control my mind and regain myself . My abusers didn't succeed in breaking me
