Is it good to use high rate battery to have more power on device to crush hard pieces or its not going to change anything bcoz of weak motor????

If you want to use high rate battery to increase it's torque (power) for crush hard pieces, so yes it's power will increase at a certain limit. Bcoz if battery have potential to supply high amount of amps to motor winding then it's torque and RPM will definitely increase at a certain limit.

Yes it's harmful for motors winding and may cause burn of winding and also damage of it's blades during crush hard pieces, that why I suggest you to use some other powerful blender for crushing hard pieces.

If its light is on during so you need to replace battery only but if it's light is not on so you need to change charging control circuitry.

Blender fully charged a it makes one sound when press to start , then nothing.

It's due to a battery problem because when you start it's battery current decreasing due to load and battery can't handle this so its circuit automatically cut-off.

Check the following: 1. Batteries connected in parallel 2. Correct positive and negative points on pcb 3. Good batteries 4. Check if the pcb is getting hot or very very hot while charging

Much better you connect a battery in series, so it can add up volts and give more power in motor.. and use dc step up to charge a battery..

no no no. It's not series. Watch the video carefully, the battery is connected in parallel. It increases the battery capacity/ mah. But not increase the volt.

You have to cut fruits into very small pieces but if it does not turn on even without fruits easily so you have to change it's battery, cells.

Change its battery cells because It comes with a pre-used battery cells. and increase quantity of cells So it will run longer because it consume more power than it's battery capacity

you can use silicone for extra support otherwise dc motor is already fixed in cage and not slip down because of the support of cells which is enough for it.

You need to use external six cells battery pack and give this power to motor directly without it's circuitry then connect a on/off switch between a wire coming from battery to motor.

Here note that for this system you remove blender circuitry because when load of motor increase so this circuit automatically stop power supplying so you also need to remove this circuit and use it as only for battery charging, not for on/off blender motor.

If you want to run it directly so you need DC power of rating (3.7volts to 5volts) with at least 5 Amps and connect the output of the supply directly with motor wires

This motor is operate on 3.7volts to 5volts DC if you connect it directly with plug so it will explode because because it can't run on 220/120 volts AC
