Recipe for cookies with berry filling. Delicious cookies without butter.

For ~12 pieces (~420g):
Dough:
1 egg
50g sugar
70 ml vegetable oil
~ 170-0g flour(-+)
1 tsp. baking powder (5-6g)
vanillin (1g) or vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
a pinch of salt
Filling:
150g berries (I have frozen red currants)
100g sugar
1 tbsp. l starch
50g walnuts
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven!
