Crunchy and melting meringues
ingredients:
4 egg whites
200 gr of sugar
Preparation:
With a robot, beat the egg whites until they are firm.
Gradually add the sugar in 4 times and continue beating for 5 minutes to form a French meringue.
The meringue is ready when it forms a bird's beak with the whisk.
Arrange the meringues on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a mat and bake for 1h30 at 100° for crunchy and melting meringues.
