Recipe:
8 onions
1/2 L oil
3 bay leaves
2.5 kg of minced meat
300 g of boiled rice
3 heads of sauerkraut
200 g of vegeta
150 g of ground paprika
you can also add dried meat if desired
Fry the onion well, add the meat to fry well together with the onion. Season to taste and add the cooked rice, then leave it to stand for about half an hour, then start twisting.
Arrange the twisted sarma in pots that you have previously greased well with homemade lard and covered the bottom with sauerkraut leaves.
You can insert some of the cured meat products between the rows. Pour water and gradually heat. When it starts to cook, leave it on the grill for about 2-3 hours
