Fabulous that pan is fine under the broiler and using in oven. Generally speaking they handle up to 500 degrees. Looks so good

Try a glass casserole dish - safe for broiler and doesn't stick if prepped with butter or spray 😊

I wash my hands and use the towel to dry my hands. Then it is the perfect dampness to wipe the shrooms, or put them in a colander and rinse lay out on a towel. I refuse to buy shrooms wrapped in plastic!
