Garlic & Chili BBQ Chicken Burgers - The Juiciest Grilled Burger Recipe!

My brother in law shared a tip to smash avocado. Once peeled quarters are in a bowl, take two tablespoons, one in each hand, and make Xs through the avocado. This is how they do it in Mexican restaurants, apparently. All I know is it works, with no avocado pieces scooting out of the bowl.

Great recipe and burgers are great when done your way, chef Joel 🥰 I would only replace the onions with something else. Just me, hate onions cooked or raw, unless I chop it very very very finely and cook and pass it through a sieve 😂
