Baked pasta recipe Pasta- 3-4 cups of boiling water Cover 6-8 mins Salt to taste 350gm pasta Boil 6-8 mins Mix regularly Strain Meat sauce- Oil 1. TSB Chopped garlic 1 TSB 2 onions chopped Fry 4-5 mins 400gm beef mince Mix well until colour change Cover and cook 6-8 mins 1 cup tomato purée Salt 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp Cumin 1tsp Red chilli 0.5 tsp Paprika 1tsp Oregano 0.5tsp Water 300ml Cover and cook 3-4 mins Fresh coriander leaves Add pasta to mince sauce Alternate pasta with mozzarella Cook in preheated oven 180 Celsius for 10-15 mins Top with coriander
