Salt 1 tsp or to taste
red Chilli powder 1 tsp
dry coriander powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
red Chilli flames 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee 1-2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp

Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves 2-3
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
oregano 1/4 tsp
red Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
white sesame seeds (til) 1-2 tsp
