The song was recorded in Beijing in May 2017 for the soundtrack of the game Moonlight Blend. Tencent put together the Dream Team for Dimash to record this song: Budapest Symphony Orchestra, Grammy-winning pianist, etc. The song won the Hollywood Musuc In Media Award. To advertise the game, Tencent designed one of the airliners of the Chinese national airline in the style of the game, and a huge portrait of Dimash was placed on the fuselage. The liner in this design flew around the world for about a year.

The game is called Moonlight Blade! The song was written by Thomas Parisch, who won ‘best original song for video game’ with it at the Hollywood Music in Media awards. There’s footage of Dimash in LA at the awards ceremony ..

Dimash speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently. He is making leaps and bounds with English and Chinese Mandarin. I heard Dimash do an interview in English without an interpreter a few months ago. He really did a very good job. He has sung in about 12 languages. Dimash talents just keep expanding. I understand Dimash was asked once if he could have any wish come true, what would it be. He said...To know all the languages of the world. ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, this is in Chinese but he doesn't speak the language. He spent several years in China and did pickup some but he learned the words for this song from coaches. He learns songs in English, French, Italian and other languages the same way. I've heard from reactors that speak the various languages that he does a pretty good job for a non-native speaker.

@@hannguyenngoc3333 I don’t think he did learn English at school. When he was on The Singer, at 22, he said he only knew a few words in English. He is reportedly studying English and Mandarin since then but I’m not sure when he finds the time.

@@hannguyenngoc3333 My goodness. Why are you so invested in this? There are many ways he could learn English other than at school. For example, many people learn it watching American TV or movies. If we’re actually being logical, if he learned it at school as a child, he would likely be better at it, especially since he was an exceptional student.

@@hannguyenngoc3333 Okay, just looked it up. English was not a mandatory school subject in Kazakhstan until 2016. In 2016, Dimash was 21-22, about the age he was when he was on The Singer. I think we’ve beaten this subject to death so this is my last post in this thread. Have a nice life.
