You guys should consider making a video on what primary and secondary weapons beginners should look into using, and what weapon is best

Please do a review on the 3M Peltor Comtact VII.

We will, but it is a very complex product with tons of new features we have to test first.

Did you find a solution for the arms being too long paired with comtacs and poking your head?

What headsets do these work well with? I have razor walkers can this work with those or should I buy other comms
@xXbrick84Xx11 ай бұрын
I've seen people run razors with these mounts before. Apparently the adapters may need some modifications. I plan on buying these adapters and attempting to run them with my Razors soon.

Buy a better headset then razors man.. the quality is shit both sound and protection. You’re hearing is important, at least get sordins

Less than 5 hours of use with the team wendy AMP arms adaptor and they flop around when not clamped in no amount of tightening will fix it. Going with the unity mark 2

Interesting, what's your total setup on this?

How do they do with mid-cut helmets? It would seem that since they don’t have open/close position, but do rotate, they would work?
@ReconBrothers2 жыл бұрын
Probably they work with mid-cuts as well, but I can't say how convenient in use it will be.

The lack of open/close positions ruins these… I don’t see how they’re working so well for people. When I have them down, they’re too loose and I don’t get a good seal. When I try to stow them up there’s not enough clearance and I have to basically jam them up onto the helmet. I can bend the arms one way or another but if I bend them in for a better ear seal then I’d completely lose the ability to slide them back up onto the helmet. The lack of adjustability or configurability makes these basically useless. Worst product Unity has ever made.

These, down and loose??? That's incredibly unlikely from what we know (unless your head is extremelu small or something?). Which helmet do you use?
@josephsantana309410 ай бұрын
@@ReconBrothers The way they came out of the box, they were adequately tight if I remember correctly but did not have near enough outward flex to be stowed up on the helmet. I would have to bend them to allow stowage, then they’re too loose in the down position. So they basically have to be kept down all the time which I found incredibly annoying when taking the helmet on and off. I’ve since switched to peltor adapters that have open/close positions (like literally all adapters on the market that I’ve heard of except for Unity) and they’re night and day better to use for that one simple common sense feature alone.
