When Trump was speaking about reconstituting Gaza - he meant building himself a “Trump tower” near the ocean … after having the Palestinians deported to various locations out of Israel. The best for now would be clear as much debris and build up sanitation and health facilities- because it may take a long time to actually start rebuilding the city. Most probably, there will be a slow migration out of Gaza, with the remaining Hamas being either arrested or killed off ….
