Its definitely safe to eat spicy food when pregnant but in moderation, but not excessively, it can irritate the lining of the stomach, eventually you'll end up puking it out most of the time or get pain /burning stomach, im glad you're feeling better

Btw my son came out with a very big red mark on his forehead lol I didn’t believe my family when they told me that would happen, but I loved me some spicy food when I was pregnant. 😆

Idk where I heard this but I heard sometimes if the mom eats too much of a certain food the baby will be born not liking that food. My mom ate so much pizza with me, I hate pizza now 😂 I’m 20 and I’m barely starting to tolerate it. Same with my friend, her mom ate only pasta and she hates any pasta now as a 23 year old.

Hahaha yes that happened to me when I was pregnant whenever I ate ANYTHING acidic! So mad I couldn’t eat spicy, BBQ, some fruits and I love spicy/BBQ foods!😅 but I would throw it up as if I would get food poisoning. My baby was like nope you not eating that! lol This second baby might be like Jukka and can’t handle the spicey lol
