Every construction project encounters change, and with that change there is often an associated cost or delay. But to prove such a cost or delay, records are essential. How should records be kept, what problems do different parties encounter and how can we create good records. Paul GIbbons, introduces the session with Hannah Mycock-Overell, Brian King, David Johnson, Charlie Woodley and hosted by Annie Clift of Limeslade.

Paul Gibbons is founder and CEO of Decipher Consulting. His core discipline is quantity surveying and he has over 23 years' experience in construction.
Hannah Mycock-Overell a solicitor with a particular interest in technology and records at Clarkslegal. specialises in construction law and is based in the London office
Brian King is founding director of After Premise. Brian has over 30 years of experience in IT. He has written a number of successful commercial software products.
David Johnson is a barrister at construction specialist barristers Atkin Chambers. He practises in the fields of domestic and international construction, engineering, energy, and information technology.
Charlie Woodley is the managing director of Dispute Data. Charlie advises at the interface of commercial management, claims or dispute resolution and data. He is an expert in the management of large quantities of data for dispute resolution.
