Hi, how are you? I have a question, when I save a cue in channel mode and select only the masks I want, the cue does not work for me. But when I don't select the masks and leave them all, it saves well. I don't understand why that happens. The fixture is a Clay Paky 16ch head.

what masks are you including ? what is in the programmer ? what does " does not work" mean exactly ?

@@AvolitesUSA For example, the program I want to do is only pan & tilt, once the movement I want is created I put save, channel mode, and in masks I select only pan & tilt, then I select the cue and when I lift the fader there is no response . But it works for me if I skip the selection of masks and leave them all activated.
