i went to my local record store and i was so surprised what was in the tote bag. it was a 10 inch clairo “bags” single and a button, bookmark, cd, and sticker.

Today was the first time I got to experience record store day. I'm lucky cause my local record store is a 5 minute walk from my house. We didn't get the tote bag. We were about to take as much of the free stuff they were having. And they did give us record sleeves for our records. I'm glad that I was able to get the billie Eilish and the weeknd. Especially since they only had one copy of the weeknd. I'm looking forward to the next two days.

I'm binge-watching 😆 I went to a Record Store Day a week ago and yeah not many people were allowed to go in. I bought Daft Punk and some classics from King Crimson, Queensryche and Iron Maiden. Didn't get a goodie bag either, but the store owner saw I bought 2 Iron Maiden vinyl records and he gave me Maiden's Legacy of the Beast tour bag.

Today was my first ever Record Store Day and I really enjoyed it!! The only record I was after was Vroom Vroom by Charli XCX and my closest record store had *ONE* left thank God 😅 Can't wait for day 2 in September!

Looks like you had a great day & a nice RSD haul, enjoy! I think there is a limited amount of RSD stuff given out to (something like) the first 10 / 20 folk through the door on the big day in the US (but not the UK as the only thing the fist 20 folk here got was a tote bag) so I wouldn't take it personally. :) I queued from eleven-thirty the night before & thankfully for 90% of what I wanted.

Ooh nice one you picked up both Gorillaz records! Sadly G-Sides was completely gone by the time I got there, but luckily did get D-Sides :) Demon Days is my favourite Gorillaz era anyway ❤️great haul x

I am glad you got the things on your list. Great video! I was able to get the Elton John self titled album and the Sunrise on the Blues album. Very excited! I didn’t get anything free. I was wondering why because I was one of the first customers. Maybe they didn’t get anything in.

I did hear a few stores didn’t get the freebies, but I’d rather go where they didn’t have them then go where there were limitations, favoritism, or PRICES?!?! I was in shock. Happy you still got everything you wanted!! ❤️

You should have gotten everything in your goodie bag. Sounds like the store you went to didn't really help you have a good RSD experience. I hope you had a chance to chat with some other fans outside, that's my favorite part of record store day.

Everybody should get the same amount of goodies in the bag. I don’t like the handles on the tote bags,they are too long for what I like. I’m glad you got everything you wanted.👍

No , it's for independent stores. No FYE or Barnes & Noble , Target ..

my record owner let someone who didnt wait 2 hours outside be the first to pick out of a bin of 20 records. they got there 10 minutes before the RSD drops. I also heard from a different record store that they hold records and sell them a week later at an inflated price. Im going next week to see if its true and i think i will report them.
