Now that’s a nice set! Love it! Great for display and a great conversation piece. I’ve always loved the artwork for the sleeve but the individual 7”inches here are brilliant. The colours really pop.

That really is an impressive amazing looking set!! Love all the different art on the sleeves and the designs on each of the albums!! Definitely a great set to have in the collection!!!

I shouldn't really have bought it as have 4 different copies already on various formats. Mind you I;ll probably end up getting a 50th Anniversary addition when the time comes.

Ordered the box set few days ago and still surprised that it wasn’t already sold out, cherry on the cake I had it at a pretty good price, couldn’t miss it…

It's a really cool piece to have despite having 4 copies already. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I know ny record store only had one copy left after Black Friday so would have been gutted if I'd missed out.

Oh now that is a nice set. Initially I thought it was just the singles from the album, when in fact it reminds me a lot of my Notorious BIG Ready To Die 7” box, which is a great collectors piece but I’m glad I don’t have many more albums in that format as listening to it from start to finish means jumping up to change the discs and sides way too often 😄

Ha Ha yeah too true. Remember the stackable turntables? I loved those but probably not good for keeping your records in pristine condition.

@@NotSuitableForMum Techmoan got an old stacker model a few years ago that looked great but it was past its best. I’d like someone like Audio Technica to release a new version of it

hello mate I am mike from canada. im a fan of de la soul. I own 4 out of 6 reissues. i got 3 feet high and rising on yellow variant vinyl. I think its a good idea to do a 45 box set. whold album on 12 45s. I do have a copy coming early february. and i will probably play it once or twice.. great video. my favorites is buddy, me myself and i and the magic number. great video mike from canada

Thanks for the watch and comment Mike. Hope the cold weather has improved in Canada. I own 3 different CD versions of 3 feet high, along with the box set and Green variant. I think you and I have similar tastes too as those are pretty much my favourite tracks, Stay tuned. as hope to feature them in more depth in showcases this year. Just depends on copyright police. Please sub if you haven't already.

That's a lot of 7' vinyl to go through on the turntable especially since I don't have one on hand. ill just buy it on fun blue cassette tape especially since it's still a Record Store Day item that was reissued that they didn't have 35 YEARS AGO.
