RECORD STORE DAY VLOG 2022 | QUEUEING UP FOR THE LAKES VINYL

Hello! Yesterday the 23rd April was Record Store Day 2022 and I went to Action Records in Preston to get Taylor Swift limited edition RSD 2022 release which was a 7" version of the Lakes with both the original version and the album version. As someone who lives near the Lake District and has visited the Lake District many times, this song is extra special to me so I knew I had to get my hands on it.
I queued up from 5:20 in the morning which is SUPER EARLY and there were already people in the queue at that time! This was my first ever Record Store Day as a vinyl collector and I really, really enjoyed the experience, even if I was sleepy.

Great video. You look awesome in the hat! I have found the queue to be one of the best parts of Record Store Day. Always have fun meeting new people and talking music any records. I got to my store at 1am for an 8am opening. I was first in line. My daughter started collecting vinyl records too. Hopefully, she will be interested in queuing with me in the future. i bought my ambassador pin for $14 on ebay, i couldn't make to the in person records store day cause i live on campus at my dorm and the nearest record store was 60 miles away 🥲, but on sunday was able to find everything i wanted only besides a few which i had to purchase from ebay such the portraits of her and little voices by sara bareilles, and mariah carey #1's the price were a bit inflated but it was good enough for me.

sorry for commenting on an old vid of yours but i had a question if you could only get ONE vinyl or you are allowed to buy multiple of the same? since i’ve only recently got into vinyl and there’s a record store day coming next month; AND TTPD will be released a day before, maybe they will do a special release this time around? 🤞🏻😬
