You reverse the accrual entries of the last month when you book the actual invoice. For ecample you book utility expense for jan 2023 because you used utility for this month jan 23 ..expense incurred as per GAAP..so you accrue the expense..next month when you receive the utility bill, you book the invoice and reverse the January month accrual entry..

There is no such rules if you can use or not when I gave the interview, I used it and they didn’t said anything that why you have use Calculator or anything like that, so if you want, you can use it but at your own risk

Brother, i understood the accrual snd reversal related to vendor related invoices however i get confused about interest account..for example principke amount is 10000 which is long term loan in B/liability..however interest on 10000 per month is 100 which we pay every month then why should we book accrual here..

Because we don't pay the amount on the date of books close, there are chances that there will be difference between installment payment and books close date ...that's why we book the accrual

I have a doubt on accrual. Expense occured in January so i booked the entry as Expense account dr 200 Expense payable account cr 200 (Exp booked in Jan 2023) B. In Feb i receive the invoice So Vendor account dr 200 To bank cr. 200 Same time i will reverse the accrual enry through reversal Exp payable dr 200 Exp account. Cr 200. But in your videos i dont see you booked Vendor account dr snd bsnk account cr scenario Could please give your input

Hi bro One query in accenture night shift allowance is paid over an above salary or its included in ctc. And fot variable pay do we get it 100% or it may change as per company performance

Night shift allowance is not included in CTC, they pay it separately. And no you don't get the 100% variable bonus. You get it on the basis of your ratings. I have made a video on Accenture CTC vs in hand salary. You can watch it, that will clear your doubts. ✌️

As you said night shift allowance will be over an above our salary but as i talked to HR they said its included in your variable and fixed pay it will not be shown separately. And also one more query how much working hours in R2R is get extended sometime?

@@vinaypatil7128 then check in your offer latter have they mentioned it as a separate line, if not then they are not paying you any night shift allowance.

@@vinaypatil7128 it depends on process to process. Normally you will be following your shift timings but during month end or quarter ends, you have to stretch for 1-2 hours, in some process it also go around 3-4 hours for first 2-3 days. Depends upon the process you are hiried for.
